Mr. Ciliberti oversaw all development activities for this two-building, 400,000 square foot, $80.0 million office project in Merrifield, Virginia. Mr. Ciliberti was responsible for all facets of this development project, including site acquisition involving multiple ownership agreements, debt/equity financing, design, construction and leasing. The first phase of the project was brought in ahead of schedule and well under budget and was recently sold.
