Mr. Ciliberti oversaw the development of this leading edge, $40 million, 450,000 square foot office renovation project in a pioneering location in Downtown Houston, Texas. Responsible for the acquisition, design, financing and implementation of the full scale renovation, this project – the first renovation of an office building in this downtrodden location – was a catalyst for further redevelopment in the area. The project achieved 90% occupancy shortly after completion.

• $40 million acquisition/repositioning project
• Replaced antiquated induction unit HVAC system with a new VAV system
• Constructed a new 1,200 space parking garage
• Fully replaced building lobby.
• Re-skinned the first 4 floors of the building with a tenant in place.
