WATERFORD DEVELOPMENT HIRES LANDMARK COMMERCIAL TO BROKER THE OFFICES OF GEORGETOWN PARK

RESTON, Va. (April 22, 2009) – Waterford Development announced today that it has chosen Landmark Commercial Real Estate as the broker for The Offices of Georgetown Park, a new office condominium project in downtown Leesburg, Va. The brokerage team will include Bob White, Blair White, and Mike Brown.

The Offices of Georgetown Park will be located at the corner of Wirt and South Streets in the historic district of downtown Leesburg. The three-story building will consist of 51,000 square feet of Class A office space, with customized units divisible down to 1,000 square feet for individual purchasers.
