AMENITIES NOW OPEN AT WATERFORD’S SPECTRUM

RESTON, Va. (August 19, 2008) – Waterford Development announced today that all amenities at Spectrum, a new mixed-use development in the heart of Falls Church, Va., are now open. Recently, Spectrum homeowners started to move into their residences.
