WATERFORD DEVELOPMENT WINS BEAUTIFICATION AWARD FOR PALLADIUM
The Palladium was designed to anchor McLean’s urban revitalization plans and includes luxury condominiums, an outdoor water sculpture designed by Baltimore artist Rodney Carroll, office and retail space featuring Star Nut Gourmet, an upscale confectionery. Waterford Development worked closely with the McLean Revitalization Corporation on the project. “Waterford Development is thrilled to have the Palladium honored as a project that adds to the overall appeal and elegance of downtown McLean,” said Mr. Jan Zachariasse, president and CEO of Waterford Development. “We wanted to make the Palladium an exceptional part of the community, and we thank the Chamber of Commerce for supporting that vision.” The Palladium features 69 high-end condominiums, 10,000 square feet of retail space and 6,000 square feet of office space. The Palladium is located near the intersection of Chain Bridge Rd and Old Dominion, in the heart of McLean. Waterford Development is a full-service real estate development company headquartered in Reston, Virginia, with an office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Over the past 15 years, Waterford Development has developed thousands of acres of land and completed numerous unique residential communities, as well as innovative office and retail spaces. Recent award-winning developments include Belmont Greene, Symphony Village, The Broadway, and The Palladium in McLean.
