THE BROADWAY GETS IMPULSIVE

Reston, VA –Waterford Development, LLC, today announced that Impulsive, an upscale gift store and art gallery, has signed at The Broadway. Impulsive will occupy 1,300 square-feet of space and is the third retail tenant to be secured at the location.

The Broadway, an award-winning, mixed-use community located at 502 West Broad Street in Falls Church, Virginia boasts eighty luxury residences, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and 15,000 square-feet of restaurant and upscale retail space. Other retailers include Hollywood Video and Zyng Asian Grill.

Impulsive is scheduled to open this fall.
