WATERFORD DEVELOPMENT SHINES AT FINEST FOR FAMILY LIVING AWARDS

Reston, VA – Reston-based Waterford Development, LLC, cleaned up at last Thursday’s Northern Virginia Building Industry Association Finest for Family Living Awards, winning for three of its mixed-use condominium communities with two first place awards and two awards of merit. Waterford, a full-service real estate development company that specializes in residential communities and retail development, partners financially and developmentally with select groups of developers, builders, and landowners to ensure the success of their real estate ventures. Since its inception in 1989, it is the company’s investment in these partnerships that have made it one of the DC area’s leading real estate developers.

The two awards in the “winner” category included; Single-Family Homes on lots under 7,000 square-feet from $400 to $450 for the “Beethoven” at Symphony Village, and for Single-Family Homes on lots under 7,000 square-feet from $550 to $600 for the “Williamsburg” at Belmont Greene. The two Awards of Merit wins included; Lots under 7,000 square-feet below $400 for the “Vivaldi” at Symphony Village, and Innovative Infill Land Planning on two-to-three acres for The Palladium at McLean.
