GOURMET CONFECTIONERY TO OPEN AT THE PALLADIUM

RESTON, Va. - Waterford Development, LLC, announced today that StarNut Gourmet has signed a five-year lease at The Palladium at McLean. Specializing in gourmet chocolates, both classic and hand-decorated, and boasting a selection of more than 30 types of roasted and glazed nuts, StarNut Gourmet also offers a variety of unique gifts.

The upscale chocolatier, confectionery, gourmet food and gift store is the first retail tenant to be secured at the location, where StarNut will debut La Petite Patisserie, a European-style bakery specializing in pastries and coffee.

Located in the heart of McLean, Va., The Palladium at McLean is a high-end, mixed-use project that offers 69 luxurious condominiums, 10,000 square-feet of commercial space and 12,500 square-feet of retail space. StarNut Gourmet will occupy 2,256 square-feet of space.
