RESIDENTS START MOVING IN AT WATERFORD’S SPECTRUM

RESTON, Va. (June 30, 2008) – Waterford Development announced today that several residents are moving into their condominium homes at Spectrum. Several more condominiums are going to settlement this week at the new mixed-use development in Falls Church, Va.

Spectrum is a brand new, environmentally friendly condominium community located in the heart of Falls Church, Va.  Centrally located on Route 7, residents will enjoy easy access to Route 50 and I-66 and the East Falls Church and West Falls Church Metro Stations, with restaurants, shops, and nightlife just steps away.

“We are thrilled to welcome these new residents to Spectrum!” said Jan A. Zachariasse, president and CEO of Waterford Development.  “I’m proud that Waterford Development has stayed true to our promise and delivered first-class condominium homes in a region where several condo projects have converted to rental properties.”

Spectrum features 15 different floorplans for their one- and two-bedroom residences, two-story lofts, and has a select number of penthouse residences. Options such as dens, powder rooms, balconies, and terraces are also available. All units offer sustainable bamboo or cork flooring choices and kitchens feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Spectrum provides front desk and concierge services for its residents. Building amenities include a clubroom with a pool table and lounge area complete with a fireplace and plasma TV.  Additionally, the building includes a business center, small resident movie theater, catering kitchen, and a private dining room, which also doubles as a conference room. Off of the clubroom, there is a private resident’s patio and sanctuary garden.  Spectrum also features a “green roof” that improves air quality and filters storm water before it is returned to the environment.

Residents at Spectrum will enjoy vibrant retail around Market Square, a park located at the front of the building where residents can stroll and relax in the seating areas, or wine and dine al fresco. Market Square is adjacent to the street level of retail space at Spectrum, which has already attracted popular tenants such as Not Your Average Joe’s restaurant and For Eyes, a full service optical provider.
