WATERFORD DEVELOPMENT WINS NAHB NEW-HOME SALES AND MARKETING AWARD

Reston, VA – The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has awarded Waterford Development “The Nationals” Regional Award for Best Urban Sales Center for its sales office at Spectrum, a mixed-use condominium project located in the heart of downtown Falls Church.

The Reston-based developer took top honors in its region, an area that covers Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, D.C., North Carolina and South Carolina. Sponsored by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the NAHB, “The Nationals” are an annual competition recognizing achievement in new-home sales and marketing.

Waterford’s largest project to date, Spectrum will feature 189 luxury condominiums, 32,000 square-feet of retail space and 32,000 square-feet of office space built around a fountain-adorned central plaza market square surrounded by two dozen shops and boutiques.
