RESTON, Va. – Waterford Development announced today that it has broken ground on Spectrum, a mixed-use development located in Falls Church, Va., that will introduce a new concept in condominium living – Lifestyle by Design™.

Using different combinations of interior materials, finishes and a unique use of living space, each of the 189 luxury condominiums at Spectrum will be built in one of three distinct styles that reflect the chosen lifestyle of each homeowner.
