WITH SNS PROPERTY FINANCE

Reston, Va. – Waterford Development today announced a new alliance partnership with SNS Property Finance, an international real estate finance company based in Amsterdam. The partnership enables Reston-based Waterford to expand its full-service real estate development activities, and in turn, will help facilitate SNS’s presence in the United States.

SNS Property Finance has an extensive real estate portfolio in the residential, retail, office and industrial property sectors throughout Europe and North America.  Waterford’s product line, which formerly focused primarily on mixed-use projects, will now include commercial, retail and industrial ventures. Waterford will expand their territory from the primary Washington, D.C. area to targeted regions in the entire Mid-Atlantic region.
