WATERFORD WINS APPROVAL FOR SPECTRUM

RESTON, Va. - Waterford Development announced today they have received site-plan approval for Spectrum, an urban, mixed-use development located on West Broad Street in Falls Church. Site work will begin in April.


Waterford's largest project to date, Spectrum will feature 189 luxury condominiums, 32,000 square-feet of retail space and 32,000 square-feet of office space built around a destination market square.
Spectrum offers homebuyers the unique opportunity to choose from Waterford's Lifestyle by Design™ floorplans. Each residence includes state of the art, upscale features and amenities that highlight the chosen lifestyle.

Sales at Spectrum are scheduled to begin in late Spring with prices starting in the mid-$300s.
